Nick “Hogan” Bollea filed a motion today through his attorney asking to be released from jail and to serve out the remainder of his sentence under house arrest.

Bollea is currently doing eight months in the Pinellas County jail for the crash that left his friend John Graziano with permanent brain injuries.

According to MyFOX out of Tampa Bay, Nick is upset that he has to serve his time in solitary confinement due to the fact that he’s not old enough to join the adult prison population. His lawyer reportedly plans to ask the judge to let him serve the sentence under house arrest until he turns 18.
