Hogan Distraught Over Death of Savage

From: E! News Online

The death of Randy “Macho Man” Savage this morning has crushed Hulk Hogan.

The two WWE vets were bitter rivals (on camera, at least) for years before becoming good friends and tag-teaming as the Mega Powers in the late ’80s. A decade later, they had a falling out and didn’t speak for a long time.

But after getting wind of today’s tragic news, a grieving Hogan took to Twitter to reflect and pay tribute.

“I’m completely devastated, after over 10 years of not talking with Randy, we’ve finally started to talk and communicate,” Hulk tweeted. “He had so much life in his eyes & in his spirit, I just pray that he’s happy and in a better place and we miss him.”

The Hulkster added: “We miss him a lot. I feel horrible about the ten years of having no communication. This was a tough one.”
