    GAL was born in 2004 in Worcester, Massachusetts. He was trained at the Elite Pro Wrestling Training Center in Concord, New Hampshire. GAL’s early years were marked by a strong foundation in amateur wrestling, which would later serve him well in his professional wrestling career. GAL’s amateur wrestling background included:

      • Wrestling at Worcester State University
      • Competing in the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA) championships
      • Participating in the New England Collegiate Wrestling Association (NECWA) tournaments
      • The Rise to Prominence

        GAL’s professional wrestling career began in 2007, when he started competing in various independent promotions. He quickly gained a reputation for his technical grappling skills and athleticism. GAL’s early success in independent promotions included:

      • Winning the New England Wrestling Alliance (NEW) championship
      • Competing in the Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG) promotion
      • Participating in the Ring of Honor (ROH) events
      • The Elite Pro Wrestling Connection

        In 2010, GAL joined the Elite Pro Wrestling (EPW) promotion, which was founded by his trainer, Joe Gacy.
