Big Show’s injury is quite serious. WWE.com is reporting that Big Show has been diagnosed with a fracture of the sinus cavity and possibly his orbital bone. He will be seeing a specialist tomorrow in Los Angeles for further examination. The injury occurred after he collided with the steel steps during his match at One Night Stand. He won the match and is the No. 1 contender to Kane’s ECW Championship.
