According to a report in the Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona has been picked to host WrestleMania 26. Next year’s event will take place at the University of Phoenix Stadium.
It should be noted that the stadium is actually located in Glendale, Arizona. The NFL’s Arizona Cardinals play at 65,000 seat stadium. The stadium also hosts college football’s annual Fiesta Bowl.
WWE is expected to make an official announcement tomorrow.
